Waldorf, MD – October 28, 2019 – Please be on the look out for an 11 year old light complected black female wearing halloween leggings and a blue superman shirt. Her name is Kiara and she has autism. She was last seen at aprox. 7:15pm in the area of Leonardtown Rd and Owens Dr in Waldorf. If you see her please contact 911 or the sheriff’s office.
