UPDATE
Lexington Park, MD – One person was flown to a Washington, DC area hospital as a result of a motor vehicle crash at Pegg Road and Forest Run Drive in Lexington Park. The crash was reported around 5 p.m.
The injured person has not been identified and there is no word at this time of other injuries.
The crash is still under investigation
The St. Mary’s County Sheriff Office reported Saturday, Sept. 5 at 5:30 p.m. that officers are responding to a motor vehicle accident on Pegg Road at Forest Run Drive in Lexington Park. Motorists should expect delays.
