Amanda Eller found alive!

Amanda Eller has been found alive, according to Maui 8 News.

“Amanda Eller has been FOUND ALIVE. She is injured and is with rescue personnel,” the Maui News report read in part. “She just spoke to her dad by phone a few minutes ago. She was found by an air search that they have been doing today.”

Eller, formerly of Mechanicsville, was last seen on May 8 on Maui, Hawaii, where she currently lives. May 9, Eller’s SUV was found at the Makawao Forest Reserve with her phone and wallet were inside.

Since then, a large-scale search has ensued with people traveling from all over the map to Maui to aid in the search and rescue. Eller’s story has not only made the national news but her story has spread across the world.
