At 6:46 a.m. May 13, Tpr. K. Shughart of the Leonardtown barrack responded to 17000 block of Piney Point Road, Piney Point, for a reported assault.
Investigation revealed that an argument began when Amy Roberta Fitzgerald, 34, of Piney Point, refused to leave the property after previously being issued a no trespassing order.
Fitzgerald was arrested and charged with Trespassing. She was taken to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bail review.
