On July 15 at 5:12 p.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the 4200 block of Drake Court in Waldorf for the report of a citizen armed robbery.
Investigation revealed that the suspect approached a woman as she was getting her mail, displayed a handgun and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled in a vehicle occupied by two other males.
The suspect is described as a black male with a thin build and dreadlocks. Anyone with information should call the Major Crimes Unit at (301) 609-6481.
