Waldorf West Library Galleries Winter Artshow
Now through March 28
The Charles County Arts Alliance (CCAA) presents a new winter art exhibit at the Waldorf West Library, showcasing 19 local artists and 32 pieces of art. The artworks are displayed in four separate gallery spaces which include the main conference room on the first floor, and two study rooms and wall space in the Fiction Section on the second floor. The theme is “Artists Choice,” and runs until March 28, with a “Meet the Artists” Public Reception on March 22, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, to honor all the artists participating in the show.
CCAA Gallery Committee Chair Gale Kladitis said, “The Gallery Committee and I continue to be amazed at the talent that is Charles County!”
The multimedia exhibition includes work from artists: Theresa Alo, Cindi Barnhart, Patricia Biles, Erin Doyle, Cecelia Dunay, Gale Euchner, Don Faust, Jo Ann Gilhooly, Kylus Harris, Lorina Harris, Ingrid Hayes, Josh Hettel, Gordon Johnson, Belinda Keller, Vicki Marckel, Jamie Oliver, Rebecca Polis, Annabel Lee Russell and Ashley Saldana.
The Library is open: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm; Friday, 1:00 to 5:00 pm; and Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
