Sheriff’s Office Deputies received information from various sources, to include citizens, that a “problem home” in the Colton’s Point area was the site of an underage alcoholic consumption party.
Patrol Deputies responded to home and numerous underage subjects ran from the home, however fifteen were detained and written alcohol citations.
The owner of the home, Korey Raymond Posey (Age 19 of Colton’s Point) received an additional charge of furnishing alcoholic beverages to minors.
