Good People of The Bay Net community:
We are happy to announce that The Bay Net has switched to a new main server.
What does this mean to you? Nothing really, though you may have noticed your pages are loading faster.
But, there is a little bad with the good.
The changeover was completed shortly before 6 p.m. yesterday. In the hours preceding the completion, some user-submitted content may have been lost in the abyss in between servers.
We ask that Members who submitted content (ie. Comments, Classifieds, Announcements and Events) to The Bay Net between roughly 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday, please check if your content made it onto the site.
We know for sure a few comments disappeared (something about Barack Obama wearing a dress?) during the afternoon changeover.
