SOLOMONS, Md. — At approximately 1:17 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, Calvert County emergency units were dispatched to the intersection of Dowell Road and South Solomons Island Road for a reported motor‑vehicle collision with injuries.
Responding units indicated the incident confirmed the call as a personal‑injury crash.
Emergency Units later reported a female patient suffered a broken right arm and leg and requested transport to Calvert Memorial Hospital.
No additional hazards or entrapment were reported, and the crash remains under investigation.
