On April 27, at approximately 11:40 p.m., deputies responded to Rogers Drive in Lexington Park, for a report of disorderly subjects and possible controlled dangerous substance violations.
Upon arrival Corporal P. Handy observed three subjects standing in the area of the complaint and detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the area where the subjects were standing. Located on the ground next to the subjects was a clear plastic baggie containing suspected marijuana.
Further investigation revealed Antwun Marquis Somerville, 19 of Great Mills, was the owner of the baggie containing the suspected marijuana. Somerville was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
