Interim Superintendent of Schools, Mr. J. Scott Smith, announces the administrative appointment made by the Board of Education at its meeting of September 23, 2014.
The Board appointed Mr. Michael Boyle as Supervisor of Career and Technology Education and Academy of Finance in the Department of Teaching, Learning and Professional Development. Mr. Boyle is currently a Career and Technology Education teacher at Chopticon High School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree from Centenary College. Mr. Boyle has been with St. Mary’s County Public Schools for 15 years as a teacher at Chopticon High School.
This appointment becomes effective Wednesday, October 1, 2014.
