At 12:03 p.m. June 11, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 2800 block of Homette Place in Waldorf for the report of a stabbing.
Investigation revealed a 15-year-old Waldorf boy was assaulted by the victim, Adam James Marshall, 24, of Waldorf. The boy called his father who arrived at the residence and he and the victim began fighting.
When the victim began choking the boy’s father, the boy was in fear for his father’s life and stabbed Marshall in the leg. Mashall was transported to Civista Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Officer P. McPherson is investigating.
