On Sept. 17, at 1:45 a.m., Calvert County Sheriffs conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Maryland Route 260 in the area of R & J Liquors. 

The driver, later identified as Gina Danielle Schiazzi, 39 of Waldorf, was found to be in possession of a schedule II drug, percocet, and was arrested and charged.

A passenger, Albert Dwayne Moreland, 45 of Lothian, was found to be in possession of a schedule II drug, crack cocaine, and in possession of drug paraphernalia, a piece of copper mesh Brillo pad, used to inhale crack cocaine, and was arrested and charged with both offenses.
