On Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 9:20pm, TFC E. M. Evans responded to the 24000 North Patuxent Beach Road in California for a reported domestic assault. Upon arrival, contact was made with Judith Lea Cusic, 65, of California who provided a statement regarding a physical altercation between her and a male victim, 58, of California. Based on statement provided by both Ms. Cusic and the victim, TFC Evans arrested Judith Cusic for Second Degree Assault. She was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged accordingly and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
