UPDATE: CALVERT COUNTY, Md. — On February 24, emergency personnel responded to the motor vehicle accident involving a horse in the area of Southern Maryland Boulevard and Bright Lane in Sunderland.
Units arrived on the scene at approximately 7:50 p.m., to find a single vehicle and a deceased horse in the roadway. Two patients in the care of EMS.
