PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. – During the week of November 29 – December 5, deputies of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office responded to 1,527 calls for service throughout the community.

Burglary: 21-67561
On November 30, 2021, Deputy Murphy responded to the 2900 block of Stinnett Road in Huntingtown, MD for report of a burglary that had already occurred. The complainant advised sometime between 6 p.m. on Nov. 29 and 6 a.m. on Nov. 30, unknown suspect(s) entered the residence through the unlocked door and then exited through a separate locked back door. Nothing appears to have been stolen.

Burglary: 21-67305
On November 29, 2021, Deputy R. McCourt and S/DFC Flynt responded to the 3600 block of Basking Ridge Drive in Huntingtown, MD for the report of a Burglary in Progress. The complainant advised she heard noises in the basement and discovered the basement door to have opened after confirming it was closed moments prior. Nothing appears to have been stolen. A nearby witness observed a man in the woods wearing a black jacket/hoodie with a white stripe running away from the witness into the woods. No other suspect information is available at this time.

Destruction of Property: 21-68476
On December 4, 2021, Deputy T. Bowen responded to the 800 block of Whispering Pine Circle in Lusby, MD for a reported destruction of property. The complainant advised the rear window of her vehicle had been smashed out. The estimated value of damaged property is $1,000.00.

Destruction of Property: 21-68658
On December 5, 2021, Deputy Strong responded to the 12400 block of Catalina Drive in Lusby, MD for the report of damaged property. The complainant advised two vehicles parked at the residence had lewd graffiti drawn on the windshields of both vehicles. The value of damaged property is unknown at this time.

Destruction of Property: 21-68246
On December 3, 2021, Deputy Morrison responded to the 7800 block of Arbor Way in Owings, MD a reported destruction of property. The complainant advised she observed an intentional key mark approximately 1.5-2 feet across the left front and rear door of a vehicle parked at the residence. The vehicle had not been moved in several days. The estimated value of property damage is $500.00.

Theft: 21-68202
On December 3, 2021, Deputy T. Bowen responded to 1200 block of Adelina Road in Prince Frederick, MD for report of a theft. The complainant advised unknown suspect(s) broke into his shed and stole a red and white Honda CR-125 dirt bike. The value of stolen property is $5,000.000 and estimated value of damaged property is $25.00.


ARRESTS:

Michael Dean Pistorio II, 21

On December 3, 2021, Deputy Ashely and DFC R. Evans responded to report of a burglary in progress in the 600 block of Silver Rock Road in Lusby, MD.

Upon arrival, deputies observed two males at the front door of the residence trying to break in. Investigation revealed one of the suspects, Michael Dean Pistorio II, 21 of Lusby, MD had repeatedly kicked and beaten the front door in.

Pistorio was detained and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with for Burglary-First Degree, Burglary-3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Malicious Destruction of Property Less than $1000.00.


Robert Webb Owens III, 27

On December 5, 2021, Deputy Morrison responded to the Safeway located at 80 W. Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick, MD for report of trespassing.

The complainant advised Robert Webb Owens III, 27 of no fixed address, had been trespassed indefinitely from the property on Nov. 6, 2021. 

Owens was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Trespassing: Private Property.


Michael Sean Marshall, 35

On December 4, 2021, DFC T. Buckler responded to 12300 block of Rousby Hall Rd in Lusby, MD for a possible burglary.

Investigation revealed Michael Sean Marshall, 35 of Lusby, MD had stormed onto a neighbor’s property and initiated a verbal altercation with the victim. The victim attempted to get away from Marshall, but Marshall followed the victim to his residence and continued the confrontation. Marshall attempted to kick the victim’s door in, in an attempt to break in the home.

Marshall was detained and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with Attempted Burglary-3rd Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, Failure to Obey a Reasonable/Lawful Order.


Brandon Wells Parker, 33

On December 3, 2021, Deputy Aranda conducted a traffic stop on southbound Rt. 4 in the area of Ferry Landing Road in Dunkirk, MD. T

he driver, Brandon Wells Parker, 33 of Prince Frederick, MD, advised he had an active warrant through the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for an assault case. Deputy Aranda confirmed the active arrest warrant and placed Parker in custody.

A vehicle search revealed two hypodermic syringes and two burnt soda can bottoms, both containing heroin residue.

Parker was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.


Kyle William Samson, 32

On December 2, 2021, Deputy Shoemaker responded to Chance Ct. and Armiger Road in Prince Frederick, MD for the report of a subject passed out in the roadway in front of a vehicle.

The subject was identified as Kyle William Samson, 32 of Prince Frederick, MD, who appeared to be under the influence. Samson advised there was controlled dangerous substances inside his vehicle.

A search of the vehicle revealed 9 hypodermic needles, two plastic cut straws, several capsules of suspected heroin and one capsule of Xanax.

Samson was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.


Malcolm Carl Young, 45

On December 4, 2021, DFC Boerum conducted a traffic stop on southbound Rt. 4 in the area of Sherry Lane in Prince Frederick, MD. The driver, Malcolm Carl Young, 45 of Forestville, MD, made an unsafe lane change and cut off a vehicle nearly causing an accident.

Upon making contact with Young, a strong odor of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. Deputy Boerum observed marijuana in plain view. A vehicle search revealed a knife, a plastic bag of raw marijuana, and two plastic bags containing a whitish rock like substance (suspected crack/cocaine).

Young was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center where he was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.


Brittany Anne Rainbolt, 34

Caden Edward Dalrymple,  27

On December 1, 2021, Deputy Tavares and Deputy Savick conducted a traffic stop in the area of Bayside Road and 15th Street in Chesapeake Beach, MD. The driver, Brittany Anne Rainbolt, 34 of Chesapeake Beach, MD, was operating a vehicle with an inoperable taillight and failed to produce a vehicle registration.

A vehicle search revealed, clear plastic cellophane with a white powdery residue (suspect crack-cocaine) and a clear tube also containing a white powdery residue (suspected crack-cocaine). A search of the passenger’s person, Caden Edward Dalrymple,  27 of Chesapeake Beach, MD, revealed two clear smoking devices and one capsule containing a while powdery residue.

Rainbolt and Dalrymple were detained and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center. Rainbolt was charged with CDS: Possession Not Marijuana and Caden was charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia.
