Calvert County Sheriff’s Office Deputy C. Idol was on routine patrol on October 7th at 1:02 p.m. in the Whispering Woods subdivision in Prince Frederick near the playground.
He stopped to investigate a vehicle occupied by two males with a woman standing next to it.ย As he got close to the car he could smell a strong odor of raw marijuana.ย Dep. M. Trigg and Cpl. A. Moschetto arrived on the scene to assist.ย
The two men and one woman were asked to sit on the curb, both males complied.ย The woman, identified as Tabitha Marie Wilson, 20 of St. Leonard, became belligerent and began to yell vulgar language toward the officers.ย
She was placed under arrest and charged with obstructing and hindering a law officer, failure to obey a lawful order and possession of drug paraphernalia; a Philly blunt.ย
One of the males, Jordan Roderick Bell, 19 of Prince Frederick, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana in sufficient quantity to indicate an intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia; rolling papers, cigars and scales.
