Calvert County have arrested the following people for possession of marijuana following traffic stops in the county:
Dep. Aundrea Lawton investigated a suspicious vehicle at the Long Beach Drive parking area on April 24 just before midnight. The driver, Ruben Leo Smith, 24 of Lusby, was cited for possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, a round metal cylinder used for the processing of marijuana for the purpose of consumption and possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, a pipe.
On April 24 at 12:40 a.m., Dep. Christopher Waldron conducted a traffic stop in the area of northbound Md. Route 4 and Commerce Lane. The driver, D’Angelo Tyrone Wilkins, 18 of Forestville, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia, a plastic baggie.
Dep. James Norton arrested Cameron Latrell Carter-Frost, 20 of Lexington Park and charged him with possession of marijuana after conducting a traffic stop on the vehicle Carter-Frost was driving on April 25 at 3:03 a.m., near Dowell Road in Solomons.
