Calvert County, MD — Fans of tennis and pickleball in Calvert County will want to be aware that the courts at three county parks will be closed for a few days each to undergo maintenance and repair.
The Calvert County Department of Parks & Recreation, Park and Safety Division says the closing will be on the following schedule:
- Hallowing Point Park courts 1 and 2 will close for repainting beginning Aug. 27 and reopen Aug. 29.
- Dunkirk District Park court 4 will be closed for repainting beginning Aug. 27 and reopen Aug. 29.
- All courts at Cove Point Park will close for repairs and repainting beginning Aug. 31 and reopen Sept. 11.
