Prince Frederick, MD – The Calvert County Master Gardeners (CCMG), a program through the University of Maryland Extension (UME) Office, will hold their annual Spring Plant Sale in the parking lot of the Community Resources Building located at 30 Duke Street, Prince Frederick, MD on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The event will feature perennials (many native plants), annuals, vegetables, herbs and plants (some from member’s gardens). Master Gardeners will be present to answer your gardening questions and will host environmental displays about Invasive Plants, Pollinators and the Bay-Wise program.
Proceeds from this event are used to fund a variety of horticultural projects in the county, our popular Garden Smarter Series, and the many community gardens cared for by CCMG volunteers. The Spring Plant Sale will take place rain or shine.
