SOLOMONS, Md. – The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an attempt to pass counterfeit currency. The incident occurred on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Fastop convenience store, located at 13888 HG Trueman Road in Solomons, MD.
The suspect pictured below produced a counterfeit $100 bill and when confronted by the complainant left the store without purchasing any items.
The suspect is described as white female in her 30’s-40’s with red hair. She was wearing a black sweatshirt with a white new Reebok logo, black pants, and black/white Nike tennis shoes. She was seen leaving in a dark gray Infiniti sedan with unknown registration.
