At 12:23 a.m. Aug. 30, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a trailer at a work site in the 11000 block of Mall Circle in Waldorf for the report of a burglary.
Investigation revealed employees of Truland Services, which owns the trailer, returned to the trailer and discovered an unknown person inside.
The employees called police and held the door of the trailer shut until officers arrived.
Sgt. G. Draheim and Officer S. Bryant arrested the individual, Justin Sedgwick Crawford, 19, of no fixed address, without incident.
Crawford was charged with second- and fourth-degree burglary. He was being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before a district court commissioner.
