WALDORF, Md. Farmhouse Waldorf appears to be headed for a late 2026 opening as construction continues at Fairway Village and the restaurant team awaits full turnover of the space from the developer.

The restaurant, planned for 11120 St. Albans Place, Suite 101, will feature a farm-to-table New American menu, seasonal offerings, hand-tossed pizzas, craft entrées and a full bar.

The Waldorf restaurant will become the third Farmhouse location operated by Titan Hospitality Group. The company opened Farmhouse Gambrills in 2024 and followed with a second location at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, in 2025, with Waldorf representing the brand’s next expansion.

During a June 11 hearing, representatives for Farmhouse Waldorf told the Charles County Board of License Commissioners that the project is still awaiting full turnover of the space from the developer.

While a December opening remains possible, discussion during the hearing suggested Farmhouse Waldorf could require additional time beyond the board’s Dec. 9 extension deadline, potentially pushing the project into early 2027.

With the project still awaiting turnover from the developer and significant interior work remaining, Board Chairman Matthew Darden questioned whether the restaurant could realistically be completed and occupied by December.

“I think so, but I don’t know,” Martinez replied. “We don’t control the delivery dates.”

The board approved an extension through Dec. 9 to obtain permits and pick up the restaurant’s previously approved liquor license.

Commissioners also approved an outdoor patio area for the restaurant. Plans presented during the hearing showed guests will access the patio through the restaurant, with staff monitoring the space.

The Waldorf restaurant is expected to hire about 75 employees.

Farmhouse Waldorf is one of several restaurants planned for the Fairway Village development, which continues to add new dining, retail and service businesses near the intersection of Billingsley Road and St. Charles Parkway.

The shopping center is being developed by a joint venture between Baltimore-based MCB Real Estate and Calvert County-based Generation Properties. Once completed, The Shops at Fairway Village will feature 120,000 square feet of grocery, restaurant, and retail space, along with 186 residential units.
