At 8 p.m. Nov. 15, TFC Bevard of the Prince Frederick barracks responded to the Dunkirk Marketplace shopping center, for a suspicious vehicle complaint.
As the officer approached the vehicle, the operator was observed throwing something out of the window. TFC Bevard recovered the item, and it was found to be suspected marijuana.
Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia was Joseph Louis Walton, 18, of Dunkirk. After processing, Walton was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
