At 11:17 a.m. Nov. 17, TFC Ewig responded to an area off of Ferry Landing Rd., Dunkirk, to check the welfare of two unresponsive subjects in a locked vehicle.
After several minutes of knocking on the windows, the front-seat passenger awoke and rolled down the window.
At that time, TFC Ewig detected the odor of suspected marijuana.
A search was conducted and suspected heroin, cocaine, and a CDS smoking device containing suspected marijuana residue were recovered.
Arrested at that time were Patricia Marie Perry, 44, of Edgewater, and Charles Howard Jackson, 37, of Harwood.
Perry was charged with possession of heroin, marijuana and paraphernalia. Jackson was charged with possession of heroin and paraphernalia.ย After processing, they were transported to the CCDC to await a commissionerโs hearing.
