On August 27th, Sheriff’s Office Deputy Robert Gill responded to a California, Maryland eatery for the reported theft.
Deputy Gill’s investigation revealed that Darlene Melissa Cradle (Age 39 of Lexington Park) was an employee of the establishment and was observed by a customer stealing a tip left behind for another employee.
Cradle was arrested and charged with theft under $100.00 and is currently awaiting a Preliminary Hearing before the District Court.
