On August 17, at 2:55 p.m., Trooper Cavill observed a disabled vehicle on Route 4 in the area of Yellow Bank Road in Dunkirk.
The occupant of the vehicle, James R. Delahoussaye, 24 of Lusby, was found to have an open warrant for his arrest. During the arrest he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Delahoussaye was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
