UPDATE – The Charles County Sheriff’s Office reports that Oaks Road has opened in both directions.
CHARLOTTE HALL, Md. – On January 5 at 10:02 a.m. the Charles County Sheriff’s Office reported that Oaks Road between Oliver Shop Road and Carrico Mill Road in Charlotte Hall has been closed due to a disabled truck blocking both lanes of traffic.
Expect delays.
