On July 17, deputies responded to a residence on Hillside Drive in Lexington Park, for a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, deputies found Cherrikka Michelle Ford, 26 of Mooresville, North Carolina standing in the front yard of the victim’s residence refusing to leave. Deputies contacted the victim who reported she had asked Ford to leave the property several times and Ford refused to leave. Deputies contacted Ford and told her she was to leave the property. Ford refused to leave and began to yell at the victim and the deputies stating she was not going anywhere and “go ahead, lock me up.” Ford’s disorderly behavior and yelling attracted attention of others.
Ford was arrested and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
