On February 5, at 6:15 PM, on Sixes Road, in Prince Frederick, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation.ย 

Upon contact with the operator, he advised TPR Towers of his name and birth date, but he had no identification on him.ย  A MVA check revealed that no one with that name had a current MD driverโ€™s license.ย 

Further investigation revealed that the operatorโ€™s real name was Prince Nathaniel Thompson, 25, of Port Republic, and he was driving on a suspended license.ย 

He was also wanted on a warrant through the CCSO.ย  Assisted at the scene by Deputy Windsor and K-9 Azor, a CDS scan was performed.ย  After alerting on the vehicle, suspected marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were recovered.ย 

In addition to Mr. Thompson, two passengers were also charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia.ย  They were: Daniel Marvelle Thompson, 26, of Owings, and a 16-year-old female, of Prince Frederick.ย 

After processing, the adults were transported to the CCDC to await a commissionerโ€™s hearing.ย  The juvenile was released to a parent.
