Driver Had Ecstasy, Marijuana, and Papers, During Crash

At 2:08 pm on October 4, on Rt. 2/4, in Huntingtown, TPR Bigham responded to a single-car accident. 

During the course of the investigation, TPR Bigham located 3 suspected ecstasy pills in the vehicle.  The operator, Justin Brent Jones, 22, of Upper Marlboro, was then placed under arrest. 

Incident to his arrest, a baggie of suspected marijuana and rolling papers were found on his person. 

Mr. Jones was charged with possession of ecstasy, marijuana, and CDS paraphernalia.  After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
