UPPER MARLBORO, Md. – The driver of a cement truck was sent to the trauma center after a crash, Monday, Nov. 19. 

According to Mark Brady of Prince George’s County Fire Department, around 1:30 p.m., crews responded to northbound Route 301 near Route 4, Upper Marlboro for the report of one trapped after a crash involving an overturned cement truck.

Units arrived on scene and freed the driver from the truck. The driver was evaluated to have serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a trauma center for treatment.
