On July 27, at 9:27 p.m., TFC E. M. Evans initiated a traffic stop on a white Honda Accord in the area of Old Three Notch Road and Sotterly Road for a traffic violation.
Upon making contact with the driver, Jessica Adele Kearney, 25 of Hollywood, a METERS/NCIC query revealed an outstanding warrant through the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Department. Kearney was arrested for the warrant. A search incident to arrest and an inspection at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center revealed that Kearney was in Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.
Kearney was charged accordingly and will be held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
