On Feb. 27, Marvin Rayfield Chase, 38 years of age from Lexington Park, failed to return to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center from Work Release.
On Feb. 28 at approximately 1 am, Deputy Jason Maletto located Chase in the Lexington Park area, placed him in custody, and returned him to the Detention Center charging Chase with escape.
