On Dec.29 Trooper Chirichella responded to 2060 Solomons Island Rd., Huntingtown – Eternal Buzz, in an attempt to locate a wanted subject. Upon his arrival he detected an odor of burnt marijuana coming from the business. Tpr. Chirichella secured the building and requested the assistance of the Calvert Investigative Team.
A search warrant was issued for the business. Upon the execution of the search warrant 61 methadone pills, two syringes and marijuana was found inside the business.
Robert Oszajca, 24 year-old male from Port Republic, is the owner of Eternal Buzz. He was charged with possession with the intent to distribute, and possession of methadone.
Adam Peter Ireland, 35 year-old male from Lusby, was also charged with possession and possession with the intent to distribute. Both were released on bond.
