On Dec. 19, at 11:27 p.m.m, deputies responded to the report of a domestic disturbance in Park Hall.
Investigation revealed that a man and woman had been arguing over a set of house keys when the man, Steven L. Hite, 35 of Park Hall, allegedly pushed the woman down causing her to sustain a laceration to her leg.
Hite was placed under arrest, charged with second-degree assault, and incarcerated in the Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
