Prince Frederick, MD – On Jan. 1, 2016, units from the Maryland State Police and Calvert Deputies were called to the Brick Wood Bistro Restaurant, located on Sherry Lane, Prince Frederick, for a fight in progress.ย
Deputy M. Trigg arrested Paul Kramer, 64 of Huntingtown for affray, disorderly conduct and alcohol beverage/retail area drink.
According to court documents ” Kramer’s two friends were leaning into Kramer’s to prevent him from coming free from their grip and to keep him from walking back towards the Brick Wood Bistro Restaurant.”
“The person who Kramer was yelling at was Trooper Jones (MSP). Kramer yelled, ‘I’ll [expletive] you up,’ at Trooper Jones,” according to court documents.ย
“I told Kramer that he was under arrest for disorderly conduct, and he said, ‘of course, I am disorderly, its New Year’s, ‘ ” according to court documents.ย
Kramer has a court hearing tentatively scheduled for Feb.19 at Calvert County District Court. Kramer faces a maximumย jail sentence of five months in jail and or a maximum fine of $600.ย
The investigating officer was DeputyTrigg from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office.ย
