The Charles County Commissioners announce that the Department of Planning and Growth Management’s Permits Administration will offer its final free seminar of 2005 on Permits and Inspections for Building Plumbing and Electrical Permits on at 9 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room in the County Government Building.
