Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley has ordered the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag flown at half staff on Tuesday, July 27, 2010.
This is in honor of National Korean War Veterans Armistice Day, in memory of the Americans who died as a result of their service in the Korean War.
