Four drug indictments reported in St. Mary’s

The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Division reports the following:

Marcus Aurelian Clark, 46, of Lexington Park was indicted after detectives executed a search and seizure warrant on his home and uncovered a marijuana grow operation. More than $9,000 in marijuana plants, equipment and paraphernalia was seized.

James Roy Chase, 26, of Mechanicsville was indicted and subsequently arrested for “Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute”. He was originally held without bond.

Kyle Blake Henderson, 20, of Lexington Park was arrested for “Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana” after detectives presented his case to the Grand Jury.

James Wilson Bush Jr. (Age 19 of Lexington Park) was indicted and arrested after detectives indicted him for “Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute”.
