ANNAPOLIS, Md. – This is to advise that Governor Larry Hogan has ordered the Maryland State Flag lowered to half-staff at sunrise, Friday, May 7, 2020 for Fallen Heroes Day. This day honors Fallen Heroes who have lost their lives in service to our State during the last year.
The United States Flag and Maryland State Flag continue to remain at half-staff for the passing of Corporal Keith Heacook of the Delmar Police Department until the day of his interment. A separate notice will be sent regarding the raising of the United States Flag and Maryland State Flag.
