The Greenwell Foundation offers several sessions of “Horse Camp for a Day” during the upcoming months. Sessions coincide with days off from St. Mary’s County Public Schools.
Greenwell’s Horse Camp for a Day allows children to ride horses and learn all about care and feeding of our equine friends. Campers will have one group riding lesson (a barn lesson is substituted in the case of inclement weather), enjoy crafts and activities, and explore the park.

$50 per day
Extended care is available for $10.00 and covers both am and pm sessions: 8:30am – 9am & 4pm – 4:30pm
Horse Camp for a day is open to children ages 7 (as of the beginning of camp) through 12
