On August 22, Deputies responded to a residence of JD Way in Hollywood, for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Investigation revealed Jeffrey Scott Boyce, Sr., 43 of Hollywood, was involved in a verbal dispute with the victim. The dispute escalated when Boyce pointed a long gun towards the victim.
Boyce was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment.
