On May 6 at 7:56 p.m., employees of Fred’s Sports at 2895 Crain Highway in Waldorf were opening mail when they discovered a greeting card containing a white powder substance.
A Charles County Hazmat team was deployed and later determined the substance was not harmful.
There are no suspects and the case is still under investigation.
