At 1:02 p.m. Oct. 1, Trooper J. Pilkerton responded to a reported malicious destruction of property on Weeping Willow Lane in Lexington Park.
Upon arrival contact was made with the male complainant who advised during the weekend unknown suspects entered the townhouse under construction and put holes in the walls on the first and second floors and smeared drywall compound on the walls and floors throughout the townhouse.
The investigation is continuing.
