Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle: On July 18 at 4:43 p.m., Sgt. Moriarty received a complaint for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Vincent B. Peppins, Jr., 21 of Lusby, took possession of a vehicle without the owner’s permission. He was later located and arrested. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
