On March 28, St. Mary’s County Deputy G. Knott stopped a Dodge Stratus driven by Victor Martinez Robinson, 27 of Lexington Park, for a motor vehicle traffic violation.
As Deputy Knott was conducting his investigation, Dfc. Rishel and his K9 partner conducted a K9 controlled dangerous substance scan of the vehicle. The K9 alerted on the driver’s door. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected marijuana concealed in the vehicle.
Robinson was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
