At 11:13 a.m. Nov. 23, TFC W. Goldston of the Leonardtown barrack responded to North Poteat Court, California, for a reported out of control juvenile.
The victim told police that the 13-year-old boy became engaged in a verbal and physical confrontation because he refused to do house chores.
The victim advised that the irate juvenile struck her in the face twice with his fist.
The juvenile was arrested and taken to the Leonardtown barrack, processed and charged with second-degree assault. He was released into the custody of his aunt pending disposition by Juvenile Authorities.
