At 8 p.m. Sept. 24, TFC Moore responded to a reported fight in progress in the 23000 block of J. M. Gough Court in Leonardtown.
Upon arrival contact was made with the female complainant who advised her husband and 13 year old step-son were engaged in a physical altercation.
During the course of the investigation, the 13 year old juvenile was arrested for 2nd degree assault and taken to the Leonardtown Barrack where he was processed.
He was later released to his mother pending further action by Juvenile Services.
At 3:54 p.m. Sept. 26, Trooper D. Brill responded to a disturbance in the 21000 block of Castaway Circle in Lexington Park.
Upon arrival contact was made with the male complainant who advised his 16-year-old son was out of control and assaulting him.
Tpr Brill arrested the 16 year juvenile for 2nd Degree Assault and transported him to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing.
The juvenile was later released to his father pending further action by Juvenile Services.
