Redondo Beach, CA – Joanie Laurer has died at age 45. Officials are investigating her death as a possible overdose.
Laurer, better known by her WWE name, Chyna, is well-known for being a wrestler, entertainer, and pornographic film actress.
Laurer had a history with addiction and drug issues.
Chyna’s official Twitter account confirmed the death by posting the following message: “It is with deep sadness to inform you today that we lost a true icon, a real life superhero.”
